Getting to Noddsdale

Inver Restuarant, Argyll

A wonderful day out!

We visited Inver Cottage in 2014, a delightful restaurant, on a recommendation. We left Noddsdale mid morning, caught the ferry from Gourock to Hunters Quay and drove to Strachur, turned left and a few miles down the road came to this gem. We had a delicious lunch and then drove down to Portavadie and home via Tignabruiach and the ferry. We then discovered that we were about the last people to know about it as most of our friends have known for years! We would highly recommend taking the time to cross the water to Argyll for a scenic drive and a delicious lunch, or coffee or tea. Perhaps visiting the Benmore Gardens, Dunoon en route. Very easy to do from Noddsdale. It changed hands in 2015 - so even more reason to take another trip over the water to check it out!
